My Lords, I have to notify the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that the Queen has signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts:

• Law Reform (Year and a Day Rule) Act,
• Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act,
• London Regional Transport Act,
• Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act,
• Arbitration Act,
• Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Act.
