§ Lord Stoddart of SwindonMy Lords, I beg to present a Petition from Jo Lovelock which prays that this House will take note of the Petition organised by Reading Against Vouchers in Education, signed by nearly 2,000 people, which calls for the nursery voucher scheme to be dropped and for investment to be made instead in free, high quality nursery education for all three and four year-olds whose parents want it.
