My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in the name of my noble friend Lord Mackay of Ardbrecknish on the Order Paper.

Moved, That it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to whom the Child Support Bill has been committed that they consider the Bill in the following order:

• Clause 1,
• Schedule 1,
• Clauses 2 to 6,
• Schedule 2,
• Clauses 7 to 30,
• Schedule 3.—(Lord Inglewood.)
