Earl FerrersMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 176. At the same time I shall speak to Amendments Nos. 180 and 234. Amendments Nos. 180 and 234 clarify the provisions in the current Clause 96. In doing so, the material has been substantially re-ordered, hence the rather lengthy appearance on the list of amendments.
