My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lady Chalker of Wallasey, I beg to introduce a Bill to provide for the vesting of the property, rights and liabilities of the Crown Agents in a company nominated by the Secretary of State, and for the subsequent dissolution of the Crown Agents; and for connected purposes. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
