Page 58, line 42, leave out from beginning to ("for") in line 45 and insert— ("22. In sections 158(2B) and 168(5)(d) and (5A)(d) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988,")

The noble and learned Lord said: The amendment seeks to make a small correction on page 58 line 42 of the Bill due to the draftsman having noticed an infelicity in the drafting. I beg to move.
