§ Lord Rodger of EarlsferryMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 133 to 136 en bloc. These are minor technical amendments to the Local Government Act 1972. Amendment No. 133 is necessitated by the Police and Magistrates' Courts Bill. Amendments Nos. 134 to 136 clarify the wording of the schedule.
