My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 36.

Again, this is a question of deleting a clause. It was decided to delete this clause because it duplicated what was available by virtue of the order-making power in Clause 53 which provides for transfer of property, rights and liabilities in subsection (2) (c).
