§ Lord Simon of GlaisdaleMy Lords, your Lordships will certainly wish to hear that Statement. However, in view of the Government's proposals on the distance we have to go on the Deregulation and Contracting Out Bill I would point out that there will be no convenient moment after 3.30 p.m.
