Clause 101 [Commencement and extent]:

The Lord Chancellor moved the amendment:

Page 90, line 43, leave out ("78") and insert ("72").

The noble and learned Lord said: My Lords, this amendment is necessary to correct a small drafting error. Clause 101(2) refers back to the earlier clause in which the criminal offences are set out; that is, Clause 72, and not Clause 78, which was referred to in error. I beg to move.
