'House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c.24)

. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices), for the entry relating to persons appointed to hear and determine appeals under the Trade Marks Act 1938 substitute—

Person appointed to hear and determine appeals under the Trade Marks Act 1994.'".
