§ 2. — (1) In section 191 of the Water Industry Act 1991 (duties to make recreational facilities available when building reservoirs in Wales), in subsection (2) (b), for "district" substitute "county or county borough".
§ (2) In section 219 of that Act (interpretation), in subsection (1), in the definition of "local authority", at the end add "but, in relation to Wales, means the council of a county or county borough".
