§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 1. I should also like to speak to Amendments Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Amendment No. 1 is simply a drafting correction and Amendments Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6 take account of the protocol that excludes Switzerland from the EEA agreement and allows for late membership by Liechtenstein. Amendment No. 5 deals with a privilege amendment. I beg to move.
