My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lady Blatch will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on School Tests.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Report stage of the Housing and Urban Development Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for around one hour and that during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Disabled Persons (Services) (No. 2) Bill will be taken.
