My Lords, at a convenient moment my noble friend Lady Denton of Wakefield will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on coal.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during that adjournment the Child Benefit and Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1993, the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1993 and the Plymouth Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1993 will be taken.
