My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Ferrers will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on juvenile offending.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Report stage of the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the London Docklands Development Corporation Bill will be taken.
