§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the European Communities (Amendment) Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Report stage of the New Towns (Amendment) Bill and the Second Reading of the Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Bill will be taken.
717 Your Lordships will also have seen from today's Order Paper that the Second Reading of the Noise and Statutory Nuisance Bill will not be taken today. However, it will be taken on Tuesday, 13th July.
