Clause 1 [Power of delegation]:

Lord Finsberg moved the amendment: Page 1, line 14, leave out ("Agency") and insert ("Commission").

The noble Lord said: I apologise for the need for this Committee stage, which is due to a typing and printing error and nothing more. I move that on page 1, line 14, we leave out "Agency" and insert "Commission".

The Government are content with the amendment of my noble friend as it is a purely drafting measure to correct an error on the face of the Bill.
