HL Deb 23 June 1993 vol 547 c347
Lord Hesketh

My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the European Communities (Amendment) Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during the adjournment the one-hour Unstarred Question in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Henderson of Brompton, will be taken. Following the recent agreement by the House to this new procedure for time-limiting dinner break Unstarred Questions, the maximum time for each speaker will be six minutes, save for the opener who is allowed 10 minutes and the Minister who is allowed 12 minutes in reply.
