§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Report stage of the Education Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Report stage of the Local Government (Overseas Assistance) Bill will be taken, followed by the Third Reading of the Licensing (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill, and four Motions for approval. Lastly, the order of commitment to the Merchant Shipping (Registration, etc.) Bill will be discharged.
