My Lords, I understand that no amendment has been set down to this Bill nor to the next Bill which stands in my name on the Order Paper and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript amendment nor to speak in Committee on either of these Bills. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I propose to move in each case that the Order of Re-commitment be discharged.
