My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Lord Privy Seal, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the debate on the Motion in the name of the Viscount of Oxfuird set down for 27th January shall be limited to 3 hours and that in the name of the Lord Pearson of Rannoch set down for the same day to 2 hours.—(Earl Ferrers.)
