My Lords, we have reached the 30th minute and I am afraid that I cannot give way.
It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Education Bill will be 1373 adjourned at around 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the Protection of Animals (Scotland) Bill will be taken.
