My Lords, my honourable friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State will be making a Statement on this matter in another place later today, which will be repeated in your Lordships' House at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. I hope therefore that the noble Marquess will be content to wait until then for an answer to his Question.
