§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 4 p.m. my noble friend Lord Caithness will, with the leave of the House, repeat the Autumn Statement that is to be made in another place. At a convenient time thereafter my noble friend Lord Henley will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on social security.
It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Unstarred Question in the name of my noble friend Lord Kinnoull has been postponed. It is expected that the Question will be tabled for next Thursday, 19th November.
Lastly, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that, subject to the progress of business, proceedings after the Third Reading of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour. In that event the two European Communities (Definition of Treaties) Orders will be taken during the adjournment. The Legal Advice and Assistance (Scope) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 will be postponed, with the leave of the House, until the conclusion of the proceedings after Third Reading of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Bill.
