My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m., my noble and learned friend Lord Rodger of Earlsferry will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Matrix Churchill.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during that adjournment the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (Modification) Order 1992 and the Firearms Acts (Amendment) Regulations 1992 will be taken.
