§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during that adjournment the Advice and Assistance (Assistance by Way of Representation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992, the Advice and Assistance (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 and the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 will be taken collectively.
