My Lords, in the name of my noble friend the Lord Privy Seal, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the order of Thursday last relating to the Motions in the names of the Lord Williams of Elvel and the Lord Judd set down for today be amended so that the debates on both Motions shall be limited to 2= hours.—(Lord Hesketh.)
