The Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne rose to move, That the order laid before the House on 15th June be approved [3rd Report from the Joint Committee].

The noble Earl said: My Lords, in view of the lateness of the hour and having regard to the further business in your Lordships' House later this evening, perhaps it would be convenient if I moved the order standing in my name formally. Therefore, if your Lordships agree, I beg to move.
