moved the following amendment: Page 16, line 39, leave out ("under section 21 above").

The noble and learned Lord said: The amendment reflects the amendment made to the analogous Great Britain Bill. It makes Clause 22 more consistent with the provisions in the existing law from which it is derived. I beg to move.
