My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Ullswater will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on industrial relations reform that is to he made in another place.

It may also be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Local Government Finance Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during that adjournment the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibition) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13) Order and the Tourism (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 will be taken.
