It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Local Government Finance Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the European Parliamentary Constituencies (England) 954 (Miscellaneous Changes) Order 1991 and the European Parliamentary Constituencies (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Changes) Order 1991 will be taken.
