§ Robert Michael James Gascoyne-Cecil, Esquire (commonly known as Viscount Cranborne), eldest son and heir apparent of Robert Edward Peter, Marquess of Salisbury, having received Her Majesty's Writ dated 29th April 1992 to summon him to sit in this present Parliament as Baron Cecil, of Essendon in the County of Rutland—Was, in his robes, introduced between the Lord Leconfield and Egremont and the Lord Cavendish of Furness.
