My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lady Blatch will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on further and higher education. That will be followed by my noble friend Lord Ullswater, who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the education and training of 16 to 19 year-olds.
