My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lady Blatch will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the local government review. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Belstead who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the re-organisation of further education.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that, subject to the progress of business, the Committee stage of the Child Support Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the London Underground (Safety Measures) Bill will be taken.
