Moved, That the debates on the Motions in the names of the Lord Donaldson of Kingsbridge and the Lord Hooson set down for tomorrow shall be limited to 3 hours and 2 hours respectively; that the debates on the Motions in the names of the Baroness Turner of Camden and the Lord Dean of Beswick set down for 27th March shall be limited to 3 hours and 2 hours respectively; and that Standing Order 35 and paragraphs 10 to 13 of the Rules for the Conduct of Short Debates shall apply to all four debates.—(Lord Waddington.)
