HL Deb 04 June 1991 vol 529 c543
Lord Dean of Beswick

My Lords, I understand that no amendments have been set down to this Bill and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript amendment or to speak in Committee. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I beg to move that the order of commitment be discharged.

Moved, That the order of commitment be discharged.—(Lord Dean of Beswick.)

Lord Tordoff

My Lords, I hesitate to do this, but I wish to draw the attention of your Lordships' House to the fact that the Order Paper is incorrect. It refers not to "The Lord Dean of Beswick" but to "The Dean of Beswick". I wonder what the ecclesiastical Benches think of that.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
