3 Clause 30, page 21, line 45, leave out ("until his death") and insert ("in accordance with subsection (3) of section (Duty to release discretionary life prisoners) above.") The Commons disagreed to Lords Amendment No. 3 for the following reason—

3A Because it is consequential on Lords Amendment No. 1C to which the Commons have disagreed.
