6AA Lord Nathan to move, That this House do not insist on their Amendment No.6 to which the Commons have disagreed for the reason numbered 6A but propose the following amendment in lieu thereof:

Page 21, line 45, leave out ("until his death") and insert ("in accordance with subsection (3) of section (Duty to release discretionary life prisoners) above.").
