12Clause 86, page 54, line 31, leave out from beginning to ("also") in line 32 and insert ("The following provisions of this Act, namely—

  1. (a) this section;
  2. (b) sections (Reciprocal enforcement of certain orders), 15(1) and (2), 21, (Sentence for murder), (Court's duty on passing sentence of life imprisonment) and 23(3) and (4); and
  3. (c)Schedule (Reciprocal enforcement of certain orders), paragraph 6 of Schedule 5, paragraph 5 of Schedule 7, paragraph 15A of Schedule 10 to this Act and, so far as relating to the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, Schedule 12").

The Commons agreed to the above amendment with the following amendment:

12ALine 5, leave out from ("21") to first ("and") in line 6.
