2J Page 23, line 5, leave out from ("Where") to end of line 7 and insert 'on a reference under subsection (4) above the Board—

  1. (a) directs in the case of a discretionary life prisoner; or
  2. (b) recommends in the case of any other person,
his immediate release on licence under this section, the Secretary of State shall give effect to the direction or recommendation.'.
