§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)My Lords, before the commencement of business, I take the opportunity to inform the House that I am to visit the judges and staff at Chester County Court, Chester Crown Court and Rhyl County Court on Friday 5th July 1991. Accordingly, as these arrangements were made before it was known that the House would be sitting on that day, I trust that the House will agree to grant me leave of absence for Friday 5th July.
