The purpose of the Bill is to make it easier to enforce civil court judgments throughout most of Europe".—[Official Report, 20/12/90; col. 921.]Nothing need be added on Third Reading to those discussions in the course of which the noble and learned Lord, Lord Wilberforce, made a most interesting and useful contribution.
