§ Viscount DavidsonMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Report stage of the Local Government Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during that adjournment the Education Support Grants (Amendment) Regulations 1991, the Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1987 (Continuation) Order 1991 and the Broadcasting (Programme Contractors' Additional Payments) Order 1991 will be taken.
