My Lords, I beg to move the second Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the debate on the Motion for a resolution in his name set down for Wednesday 18th December shall be limited to five hours, but that the mover of any amendment tabled thereto shall be entitled to the same allocation of time as the mover of the Motion.—(Lord Waddington.)
