§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Further and Higher Education Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Report and Third Reading of the Offshore Safety Bill will be taken. It is a matter of regret that today, again, the digital clocks are not working, but I can assure your Lordships that as I speak heroic efforts are taking place to attempt to get them operational as soon as possible.
