§ The Chairman of Committees
My Lords, I beg to move the third Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

§ Moved, That a Select Committee of seven Lords be appointed to join with a committee appointed by the Commons to consider statutory instruments; that the Committee have the same orders of reference, powers and instructions as that appointed in the last Session (3rd December 1990); and that as proposed by the Committee of Selection the following Lords be named of the Committee:

L. Airedale,
L. Boston of Faversham,
V. Bridgeman,
L. Brooks of Tremorfa,
L. Marlesford,
V. Oxfuird,
