My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That the debates on the Motions in the names of the Lord Ross of Newport and the Lord Jenkins of Hillhead set down for 11th December shall each be limited to 2½ hours and that in the name of the Baroness Young set down for this day shall be limited to 5 hours.—(Lord Waddington.)
