Clause 81 [For protection of Scottish Hydro-Electric plc]:

The Earl of Strathmore and Kinghornmoved the following amendment: Page 25, line 47, leave out ("19") and insert ("64")

The noble Earl said: My Lords, I can assure your Lordships that this amendment in no way affects the content of the clause. It is purely a drafting amendment which corrects the reference in the clause to other sections within the order confirmation Bill.
