My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Reay will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Iraqi refugees.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that subject to the progress of business, the Committee stage of the Criminal Justice Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the Foreign Corporations Bill, the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1991, the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) Regulations 1991 and the Advice and Assistance (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 will be taken.
